If the culture amongst the staff and members is supportive, team oriented and fun, then everything will fall into place. Finding people of the same mindset is key, yet it takes time. Talk about a dance party and a cardio and strength workout, all in one! We even bring our bikes and ergs outside now and then and have tiki party rides, etc. You can see the result of some of our instructors in one of the photos! Always a blast!!! We spend a lot of time making sure our members know how to both row and ride properly and safely!
Both these workouts are great for all fitness levels and all ages! Anyone can do this! We also offer Kids Clinics, focusing on rowing, which is now becoming a hotly contested sport in colleges!! More and more kids are learning how great a sport rowing can be!

In her youth, she always traveled around a lot, but was never married or had kids of her own. Later in life, she met a guy who she got married to and moved to Hanover, Massachusetts, with her husband and kids. First, I was a kindergarten student from the age of four to the start of the fifth grade. So in elementary school I attended Greenwich Academy, a girls' collegiate preparatory day school in Greenwich, Connecticut.
After high school, she went to study business at Vanderbilt University and later on to seek further studies at Harvard or Yale. In education, she received a Bachelor of Science in Human Growth. When still an undergraduate at Vanderbilt University, Connolly thrived in athletics as well.
